PNW4WDA Trail Jam Host Opportunity!

Hey all!
Well, Trail Jam is just around the corner, and some of you may know that there has been talk of us RRR's possibly sharing hosting duties on alternate years....I spoke with Sid Hagemier of the Shindigs in Yakima, who is heading Trail Jam this year, and this has been presented to me! I wish I could just post a link to the rules, but I can't figure it out yet! So here it is in a nutshell...
There is a sponsorship fee of $425 which, if we can get a business (I have a couple ideas I'm working on-one being Winchline/Viking Offroad, and the other being Les Schwab) to sponsor our club, would pay for 5 rigs to host trails at TJ, making our registration free!!!!: plus the sponsor would get a spot as well...There are more perks for the sponsor---which can be explained later. Now if we can't get a sponsor, those interested in hosting would pay their split in the fee (ie: $425 divided by 5 = $85 per rig! The normal fee per participant is going to be $185 this yr...pretty significant savings!!!
There is more to discuss about duties, and whatnot and I will bring them up at the meeting...As of right now, IF we choose to go forward with this-and can get a sponsor, there are 4 of us that would commit, meaning we are still looking for a 5th who would be willing to go!
